Rock Road Construction Update

New flooring has been installed for the expanded weight room upstairs! This is just the beginning - all the rubber will be replaced, the turf will be expanded, and we'll be adding new equipment.

The updated pool area is coming along swimmingly - new tile is being put in along the wall, and the hot tub and cold plunge are almost complete. The ceiling is also almost ready for us to install new fixtures - get excited!

Our new cycle studio is up and running - and it is beautiful! Stop by to check it out soon and catch a class. Our yoga classes can now return to their normal studio, and we will be launching a new cycle program called Trip very soon. It will utilize the new projector screen to bring you an immersive audio/visual experience. We'll be taking you through different terrains and climates as you ride in a class like no other.

Another extremely exciting update: pickleball courts are being added! This sport gets more popular every day, and we're glad to say that our Rock Road location is going to have 10 courts specifically for pickleball. Details on programming and lessons will come after the courts are all installed!

We also recently received our first shipment of water massage beds with cold and hot therapy. This is an added free amenity for our members - come test them out, and you'll be relaxed in no time!
